Triple Moon Healing is a sound healing, Reiki, and holistic wellness practice offering guided healing sessions and retreats in Surf City, North Carolina. Experiences blend sound healing, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, and mindset work to support emotional healing, stress relief, and personal growth.Beyond the healing modalities, Triple Moon Healing also provides a safe, supportive space and community for women—a sisterhood focused on connection, grounding, and emotional wellbeing.

Sound healing uses therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and vibrational frequencies to help calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. Many people report reduced stress, emotional release, and improved sleep after sessions.

Reiki is an energy healing practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic balance. Gentle hands-on or hands-off energy work is used to help release blockages and restore emotional and energetic flow.

No experience is needed. Most people attending are completely new. Everything is guided step-by-step so you can simply relax and receive without needing to "know how to do it right."

These experiences are for women who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, emotionally stuck, or simply ready for a reset. You don't need to be "spiritual enough" or have any prior experience—just open to change and self-care.

Retreats are held in Surf City, North Carolina at a private coastal beach house with marsh and water views, located near the beach on the North Carolina coast.

A Triple Moon Healing retreat includes sound baths, Reiki sessions, guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, ocean therapy, and group healing experiences designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation in a supportive group setting.

Retreat groups are intentionally kept small to maintain a safe, personal, and supportive experience. This also allows for deeper connection, individual attention, and a more meaningful healing experience.

Smaller groups create a more intimate and supportive environment where real emotional shifts can happen. You're not lost in a crowd—you're seen, supported, and held throughout the experience.
